Vin-Aire Marketing ("we", "us") supplies refrigeration and airconditioning parts from 94-H Kamias Road, Quezon City. This page explains what information we collect when you contact us and how we use it.

When you reach out to us — through this website's contact form, Facebook Messenger, Viber, phone, or in person — we keep a record of:

• Your name and whatever contact details you give us (phone number, Facebook name/ID)
• The messages you send us and our replies, so our team has the history of your inquiry
• Basic order details if you become a customer (items purchased, delivery info)

For Facebook Messenger specifically: when you message our Page (facebook.com/vinairemktg), Meta shares your name, Facebook user ID, and message content with us through Facebook's Messenger Platform so our staff can see and reply to your message from our own systems. We only use this to respond to your inquiry — we don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell or share it with anyone outside Vin-Aire Marketing.

How we use it

Solely to answer your questions, prepare quotations, process orders and deliveries, and keep a record of past transactions in case you need us to look something up later (e.g. a warranty claim or reorder). We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, except delivery partners (Lalamove, LBC) when needed to fulfill an order.

How long we keep it

For as long as reasonably needed to serve you and maintain our business records — there's no automatic deletion, but you can ask us to delete your conversation history or personal details at any time (see below).

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected] or messaging us on Facebook. We'll act on it as soon as we can.
